Al-Awda Launches New Improved Website

We are pleased to announce the launching of our new improved international website http://www.al-awda.org.

The changes you will see reflect the reorganization of our site and add several new features that address the recommendations submitted by our members at the 2005 international convention we held in Los Angeles, as well as feedback from other regular users of the site.

The new site incorporates a stronger visual design, that provides for a more user-friendly website with a new 'by topic' directory and improved navigation. Many of these features were originally developed and tested on Al-Awda's California website.

One of the added new features is a weekly educational quiz. Test your and others' knowledge with this week's quiz.

Since Al-Awda, The Palestine Right to Return Coalition, was founded in April 2000, people from all over the world have visited, used and referred to our site as an educational, organizing and communication resource for grassroots activists and students advocating for Palestinian refugee rights. If you have links from your site to ours, please check and update the URL's as needed.

In addition to providing information about Al-Awda's chapters, goals and points of unity, our regularly updated new website provides fact sheets on refugee rights as well as media, divestment, congress, audio/video, selected articles, and more campaign resources including links to Palestinian, Arab and other informational websites. Our website also features our new secure onlinesection.
